Must Read Excellent Tutorial Book For Beginners
I recently came accross a book intitled " BUILDING MODEL SHIPS FROM SCRATCH " BY KENT PORTER it is a TAB book, the company that produced it is defunct but copies are still out thier.
Amazon has it plus it's listed with other sources on the net, I first got a copy via my local library through " INTER-LIBRARY-LOAN ".
Once I realized the calibur of the book I immediatly obtained a copy for myself. It's a MUST READ AND OWN CONSTRUCTION REFERENCE BOOK FOR THE BEGINNER.
Like the reviews, my only objection was that (MR PORTER) utilised balsa wood in the ships construction, but thats no big deal, as other woods can be substituted.
