Default Batavia plans

Hello,

I am looking into buying a set of plans for the VOC ship Batavia of 1628 from Taubman plans service.

Does anyone know of the quality of these plans? And if anyone knows, what does each sheet show? Is there a comprehensive framing plan showing where each framing member was laid inside the planking? (Dutch shell first method)

Regards,
Clayton Johnson

Hi Clayton,

I can't say anything on the plans as I have never seen them but are you familiar with the Batavia website?

http://www.bataviawerf.nl/en/index.html

Thought I'd post it just in case you weren't.
