Hello Guest! There's a lot to look over, so sit back with a cup of coffee, relax and browse around. We have a great group of ship and boat modelers here, both newbies and old salts, from all over the world. Our goal here is to help each other, without criticism or rebuke. Both newbies and old salts alike can learn from each other. No one has all the answers. Our most basic rule is simple, respect for your fellow members and their opinions. Default Sultana and Phantom Hull templates

Hello everyone,

It has been a while since I have been here as I was doing projects all over the globe last summer.

I have purchased an older version of the Model Shipways Sultana and Phantom solid hull models. They did not come with any of the new hull templates for carving the hull. I am having trouble getting the correct curves.

Does anyone have a copy of these hull templates? and if so, how could I get a set of these hull templates?

Thank you.

Default Re: Suana and Phantom Hull templates

Hello,

Have you contacted Model Expo? I just talked with them about the templates for the Sultana, and they sent me a set of plans and the templates in about three days, free of charge. I have had this kit for about 10 years and was willing to pay for them. With service like this, I will certainly be a Model Expo customer for a long, long time......

Jeff

Jerry:
As Jeff said, E-mail MS . If you purchased the kits, no matter how long ago, they will replace any missing parts free of charge.

E-mail their "parts dept." , not "customer service dept.", with your request (they don't seem to talk to each other and cust. serv. will refer you to parts any way.).
You can find them with "The Google".
