Hello Guest! There's a lot to look over, so sit back with a cup of coffee, relax and browse around. We have a great group of ship and boat modelers here, both newbies and old salts, from all over the world. Our goal here is to help each other, without criticism or rebuke. Both newbies and old salts alike can learn from each other. No one has all the answers. Our most basic rule is simple, respect for your fellow members and their opinions. And don't take yourself too seriously! wirewolf (John, AKA - Cap), Forum Administrator

The Forum and all Forum Sections will be shutting down at 8PM (EST) Friday, March 20th for Maintenance (Spring Cleaning) and Upgrades. Expect to be back online by Sunday (22nd) evening. If the Forum goes back on line before Sunday evening, I'll send out a email notification to all members.

I'll be cleaning up the database of old posts, rebuilding the search tables, and deleting all Private messages. If you wish to save your PM's, please to so this week before the shutdown. Go to your Private Message (open in a blank window) page in your User CP and look for "Download all Private Messages as:" near the bottom of the page.

Also note that in cleaning up old posts and threads, user's post counts will go down.

Thank you and Cheers, John

John;

What time frames are you going to use to define "old posts"

Post dating back to 2004 with few replies and or views. Also depends if any of these posts have "link backs" to posts made at later dates. Estimate around 100 to 150 posts will be deleted.
