Hello Guest! There's a lot to look over, so sit back with a cup of coffee, relax and browse around. We have a great group of ship and boat modelers here, both newbies and old salts, from all over the world. Our goal here is to help each other, without criticism or rebuke. Both newbies and old salts alike can learn from each other. No one has all the answers. Our most basic rule is simple, respect for your fellow members and their opinions. And don't take yourself too seriously! wirewolf (John, AKA - Cap), Forum Administrator

Clayton Congrad's! to say the least, Thank you for shareing your Masterpiece with us on this great forum. as we all know there is always someone out there that takes on a Great task such as building a Vasa as your's and sorry to say due to known as well as unkown reasons have never completed there task.or are on there 8-9 Year with no finish in sight yet. in my case I have found that I should not boast wile I am putting my armor on but only to boast wile takeing my armor off . as we know any one can put the armor on and lose there life therefore never be able to take there armor off (lost the battle) but only a few can return home from the battle with victory! and take there armor off . Clayton you have Earned my respect as well as menny other's with your work and awsome completion of your Vasa . Your hard work, loyalty, dedcation, patience, expertise, May now say you can take off your armor with pride and victory. I as well as other's are looking forward to the time that you well put your armor on again . please let us know what well be your next battle thank you

Jay

Thanks everyone!

I am not sure what is next. I have a couple small projects; recreating Vasa carvings in full scale, building a small arm from Vasa etc.

I might build a more accurate framing model of Vasa once all of Vasas hull framing is fully documented and drawn.

Cheers!
Clayton

Awesome work Clayton! The carvings alone would have taken me 7 years.
