Default Artesian Latino HMS Suppy 1778

I would say this model has the worst set of plans I have ever seen.
The rigging booklet does not show where rigging ends or starts.

I will never recommend this company or buy one of there models again.

Alan;

I share your grief. I am rigging their 1/87 Cutty Sark and find that the rigging plans stink and the choice of colours in their rigging book makes tracing the rigging impossible. Thankfully I had made a visit to the original prior to the fire. So I was able to struggle through. I also find the translation ridiculous. On my instruction part list every language uses the word double when describing the double blocks except English and there is no clear picture of the parts. I was going to dump a lot of money to get their HMS Surprise but now I can't deal with the aggravation so I bought the Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon, at least the instructions are English and many drawings were supplied.

I hope you can find a set of better rigging plans.

Cheers

Mike

I made the same comment about Art.Lat. 2 years ago. They have the wrong flags, their instructions are horrible. The one good thing is you learn how to improvise.

the rigging plans are a large fold out double sided A0 plan which comes with the model. There is one large double sided colour plan showing the hull and finished model and another showing rigging on each section. If you are still needing these I can try to scan section by section and send them to you by e-mail. There are hardly any instructions in the small book only completed pictures of sections. I followed the rigging plans step by step following the numbering of the stays. I will try to post pictures of rigging plans and reference number of this plan in my gallery.
