Hello Guest! There's a lot to look over, so sit back with a cup of coffee, relax and browse around. We have a great group of ship and boat modelers here, both newbies and old salts, from all over the world. Our goal here is to help each other, without criticism or rebuke. Both newbies and old salts alike can learn from each other. No one has all the answers. Our most basic rule is simple, respect for your fellow members and their opinions. And don't take yourself too seriously! wirewolf (John, AKA - Cap), Forum Administrator

Default Contacting Artesania Latina Directly for parts

I realize that Artesania Latina is in Spain and logistics and time are an issue, however, does anyone have contact information and email to contact the company directly for parts and instructions? Please advise, thanks Doug

I've had success, albeit slow using this addy. You will get an acknowledgement in Spanish, then a couple weeks later a reply. If asking for parts describe part, use the part number listed in the instructions
and remember to give a mailing address. ;o)

Tom's success in contacting Artesania Latina is extraordinary. They do not usually respond to anyone. There have been many postings on this problem.

Doug

Try this e-mail address, I've had some limited success with it in the past:
