Hello Guest! There's a lot to look over, so sit back with a cup of coffee, relax and browse around. We have a great group of ship and boat modelers here, both newbies and old salts, from all over the world. Our goal here is to help each other, without criticism or rebuke. Both newbies and old salts alike can learn from each other. No one has all the answers. Our most basic rule is simple, respect for your fellow members and their opinions. And don't take yourself too seriously! wirewolf (John, AKA - Cap), Forum Administrator

Default Mayflower

Ahh, football Sunday. Guess that's where you all are. Thought I'd tell you I've placed an order for Chucks Mayflower. My first two builds were using his practicums and he does a great job. Now piddling with the MS Elsie, but my plans were damaged with water so I've asked a fellow member who's also building the Elsie if he could help out. If any one out there has a set I could sure use them.

Have you tried calling MS? I know it's an old kit, but I'm sure they still have the plans around somewhere. Since they're usually so good about replacement parts (even for second-hand kits), maybe they'd be willing to help out with replacement plans.

I thought about asking MS, but they have already sent me a new solid hull and hull templates. I'm kinda hesitant to ask them for another favor since I did not buy kit from
them
