I agree with the argument that enjoyment is the most important thing to be gained for this hobby. I also think about adding detail, but when it progresses the enjoyment sometimes changes into torment... |

I wouldn't recommend using balso other than hull filler between the bulkhead, balsa is just to soft. If you really can't get any more wood, buy your next build and borrow some wood out of the kit. |

I always go to the local hobby shop, he's got a big nice shop with virtually everything. From tin soldiers to jet powered r/c fighters and everything inbetween. He's a little expensive though but... |

I personally think that finishing the hull with the second layer of planks before planking the deck is best. Why, because the model will be upside down all the time when working on the hull and... |
