I am building the Billings Bluenose II kit #600. After planking the hull, I find that the keel measures 7mm, and the sternpost measures 5mm. And the gaps in the stand measures 5mm.... Seems kinda... |

thanks Richard, I will try that... I am assuming that you use the sharpie on both sides before you glue?, as opposed to, on one side? or is two sides to much?... of course I could just try it to see... |

I see the suggestion of using 'black glue' to simulate caulking for deck planking...... I use Elmer's wood glue.... what would be suggested to add to my wood glue that would mix well, and when dried,... |
