A curious observation
 

Finally reached the stage of setting up the standing rigging on my model (and yes, need to order more thread). Just wondering if anyone else has noticed that the thread always seems to pass more easily through the deadeyes when you're accidentally threading it through the wrong hole.

Phew... what a relief after me thinking it is only me... what with being left handed as well. :cheers:

Interesting observation. I seem to have the opposite. When I can't seem to get a line through the hole, it is frequently because I'm putting it in the wrong hole, like the shipwright gods saying "not there dumbo".....
