Default A new sailor
In the winter of 2000 I got bored and decided to do something different with my time and money...so I decided to take up model ship building.

When I opened the box and started to get going, I couldn't believe how MONEY and time would be involved (typical newbie sentiment).

I shelved the project in 2001, after failing to properly install the first layer of planking for a third time. By that time the emphasis of my thoughts had been reversed. l couldn't believe how much TIME and money were involved. I didn't expect the project to be easy...I just didn't think it would be that hard or difficult.

Anyway, hello folks. I am looking forward to talking with you as well as picking your brains as the time and/or need arises.
