This Help Desk is only for answering questions on using the Forum features; navigation, uploading images, how do I do this, etc., not for modeling problems. If you have a question about modeling, please post it in the proper Forum.
You'll find a link to this Help Desk at the top of every page (right hand side) after you log in and near the bottom of the Quick Navigation Guide
I'm trying this system out as an alternative to members' having to send me PM's or an email from the Send Message page. You will receive an email when your ticket is updated or you can check it when you log in next. I'll answer your ticket as soon as possible. Thanks, John
