For those who have been or are now trying to deal with Model Expo and Artesania Latina, this is the reply from Model Expo to one of our members (Lukekoda) that wrote to Model Expo:
Regretfully, do to irreconcilable differences between the companies we're no longer a US Dealer for Latina. You may contact them directly at j.moya@artesanialatina.net. Thank you, Customer Service. So, if you need parts or what ever for your A.L. kit etc. and you got it from Model Expo, you'll have to contact A.L. directly at the email address above. Ugh!

As for new, I'll guess you'll have to go to another source. Like Nature Coast or Tower Hobbies, etc.

Actually, dealing with A.L. direct may not be to bad. A couple years ago I had an A.L. kit that had very bad blocks. I tried getting replacements from my local dealer and waited over 6-months and still could not get them. Tried finding them around US and finaly out of desperation I e-mailed my problem directly to A.L., e-mail because of language, one day about a week or two later I had a fed-ex package with the replacement parts directly from A.L. waiting for me.

I too am impressed by AL's aftersales service. I bought an AL kit from Model Expo before they no longer deal with AL kits. Recently I opened the box and found that there were parts missing. I emailed AL and ask for a replacement. Within a week, an airmail package arrived from Spain with the missing parts.

Hmm... I wonder how I'd go if I tell them (AL) that the kit was completely empty?
