Prize amounts for each of the four Categories:
First Place - $45
Second Place - $35
Third Place - $25
Honorable Mention - $20
Best in Competition - $100
A note about the Honorable Mention and the Best in Competition awards. Honorable Mention is the model that places the most votes in any of the four categorizes, but does not win 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in any one category. In essence, the best 4th place model overall. If a model wins Best in Competition (most votes overall), obviously, that model has also placed 1st place in it's particular category. In that case, the models that finished 2nd, 3rd and 4th in that category will be placed as 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. In other words, a model that wins the Best in Competition can not also win the 1st place award in that same category.
Each Competition entry will also receive a Award Certificate (similar to this one from last year):

Winners will be contacted by me after the Competition for disposition of the prizes. It can be in the form of a payment to a Pay Pal account, Gift Certificate to a favorite online hobby supplier or a check sent by snail mail.
