Hi friends,
I hope everyone survived the holiday.I have a question I need help
with.I have seen a kit,nearly everywhere I look lately for the privateer
" rattlesnake ",and I would like to know what type ship , or hull type
it is.To me,the hull resembles a brig, or brigantine,but I could use help,
please. Thank-you .

Hi Doug,

Ships are classified by their rigging.
The Rattlesnake was a small Frigate (A full-rigged vessel carrying square sails on all masts and an additional fore-and-aft sail on the mizzenmast)
