In the winter of 2000 I got bored and decided to do something different with my time and money...so I decided to take up model ship building.

Hello to the Forum. After almost four years of my Bluenose sitting unfinished on the shelf, I am attempting to start again to complete what is to me the most beautiful sailing vessel...Bluenose II. My first attempt ended with hull planking completed, but in cutting out the scuppers, it looked so bad that I just put the hull away in the closet.
